-- Neighborhoods are great
-- Residents have been named "Most Intelligent" and "Most Fit" in the US
-- Chill vibe you get here, not uptight like other urban areas
Cons
-- Traffic (you have to take a bridge to get anywhere!)
-- Cost of living is quickly on the rise

I wouldnt think so...
Pros.. like most major cities, alot of options for work.. and alot of things to do.
Cons... Terrible , dreary weather 9 months of the year. Very pricey, and alot of traffic.
