Not enough time.

The defense wanted to him have only two and half years, because of his age and health. What about the family that lost (I think) six children in an accident as a result of him when he was the secretary of state? Or the crimes committed by the death row inmates he set free, after they were set free?

He was and still is scum. It's politicians like him that make the word "politician" such a bad word!

He's 72. He got basically a life sentence, especially given the general quality of the Illinois prisons.

Not fair. I think his sentence should have been longer.
