If the redness is coming from Roseacea being in the sun will actually make it a lot worse!

Well it will change the pigment of your skin from red to brown. It's not necessarily a good way to get rid of redness in your skin. I think it may be a good idea to go see a dermatologist or perhaps use a tinted moisturizer to even out your skin tone.

ummm....first of all, why are you red? If you are sunburned then stay out of the sun! Tanning, even though it looks nice, is not very good for your skin, so always make sure to wear sunscreen.

i think that it would just get worse if you sunbathe!
