He is probably still feeling bruised by not getting some. Either that, or he's cheating, and I hope he isn't, so just try and ask him what the problem is, while being observant of body language and "how" he talks. If he is shifty in theeyes, or walking away while talking, take note of it, if he all of a sudden gets really loud at you for asking a simple question, take heart because he is now on the defensive.
