you can go to your yahoo mail, and if you hold the mouse over the avatar there, it will become a link to your avatar

if u click on ur picture, it will give u ur info. then it will have an option called "edit my avatar" click it and u can change ur avi whenever u want

just click on the avitars pic on the main e-mail page
