The best way is get a job in a company that have SAP implementation in your are of knowledge: Financial, Maintenance, logistics and be in touch with the application as part of the project.

In SAP you have several areas: Project Manager, ABAP Programmer or data warehouse, etc.

Companies are become very worry about the actual cost of SAP training in some countries employees must sign a contract of load for the cost of training.

The other way is look for small companies that are hiring for newbies (juniors consultant) that have experience in a specific area.

Hopefully you have some strong technical skills and background to market yourself, or at the very least a recent degree in computer science. If not, then the answer is no. If you do have some marketable technical skills then try to get into a company that uses SAP and make them aware of your desire to learn about it from the start. You might find a company willing to do that. You're going to have to prove yourself first though.
