The latest friendly fire instance in Afganisthan has claimed the life of an Canadian soldier an ex Olympian. What the heck is wrong with the US Airforce, how many more are they gonna kill, this is the 2nd instance of friendly fire.

Technology you say well,
Maybe 2 deaths with Canadian in Afghanistan but how many other accidents with coalition forces and their own men have there been in Afghanistan and say the Gulf war, Iraq right now?

It's a question on an Olympian so people who actually know about the Olympics or any other Olympian on would be aware, if you didn'totice it said, did you hear the last Canadian soldier that got killed was an EX OLYMPIAN

actually friendly fire is not as common as it used to be. since training techniques have become far more advanced, the fact that there has only been two is pretty good.
