the simpsons is a classic and will always be very funny. but i'm starting to like Family guy now. Giggidy Giggidy Alright.

Definitely Family Guy. The Simpsons had its glory days but you can notice that they have been running out of material for quite a while. I may catch an episode here and there. Family guy can actually make you laugh with the quick transitional humor to reflect today's society. Because the two shows are total opposites as far as what they have been trying to capture since each show's beginning, its hard to put them them in the same category. But lets say in a theoretical standpoint that if some madman put a gun to my head and had me pick between watching The Simpsons or Family Guy or else he'll kill me, I'd pick Family Guy every time.

Family Guy, because The simpsons has become stale and old, while Family Guy pushes the boundaries all the time. I do not mind watching the simpsons now and again, but Family guy wins hands down!

The Simpsons are great, I think family guy is funny except for the jokes, they are pretty stale and have been done to death. The funniest by far though is South Park, that cartoon comes from some truely sick minds. Robot Chicken is a close second.

I'd say The Simpsons, I was never able to get into the Family Guy, I probably only saw some of it one time.

I like them both, but The Simpsons is a classic and will be on reruns forever. I don't think Family Guy has that classic quality about it.

I feel the same way you do. I've loved The Simpsons since forever but I've recently started watching Family Guy and I love it.
