they should e-mailed you with a tracking # if not ask for one or check with ups

You did not say if the item was shipped via Fed-Ex, or DSL, etc. etc.

What ever private carrier was used, you can search them on your search engine. They have computers that will track your delivery. You must only provide the tracking #. If you don't have the tracking #, call the private carrier for the tracking #, so you can track your package.
