Actually,they increase BOREDOM ;(
when I get bored I just take a bath and lie down..
OR walk while listening to soft music..

I hurt myself enough as it is, i don't need to *willingly* do it. So not E.
I can't really see any pleasure in F.
But all the others i have done, and will do again.
