There are 21 pills in the package, and you need to eat 21. So the ones you've skipped now, shall be eaten at the end of the 21-day period. It doesn't matter if you eat the pills in another order, but it's best to eat the pill with the same 'name' as the actual day - this way it is easier to be sure, you haven't forgotten one pill.

If they are the same color, if all the (3 week's hormone) pills are white, for example, then you certainly may take the beginning pills if they, too, are white. But if you've already started taking the placebo pills (sugar pills, the green pills, in some brands) or have skipped any days taking pills, then you should wait until you've had your period and start a new pack, on the Sunday following/during your period, should be 4 days after you've finished the pill pack (or started taking the green/placebo pills), if I'm counting correctly.
If they start out white, then go to light peach, then to dark peach, the only way to do that is by taking all the white in one week, then all the light peach in the second week, then the dark peach during the third week. But this would only really matter if you're on cyclical pills, where they gain in strength from one week to the next. If you have that kind of pack, don't bother taking the extra 3 from the beginning, just wait for the next Sunday and start your next pack. You might still be bleeding, that's ok.
But if yours are all one color for three weeks, and then you are supposed to skip a week or take the placebo (sugar) pills for a week, and you haven't taken any placeholder/placebo pills or skipped any pills yet, then you can take the 3 pills you didn't take at the beginning 'out of order' - at the end of the 3-week cycle. Follow them with your placebo pills, on the days you're supposed to take them, then wait for your period, and start the next pill pack on Sunday after, whether you're done bleeding or not. Your cycle will adjust. You'll probably end up skipping 3 placebo pills this way, or only skipping 4 days of pills before starting a new pack. That's fine, your body will adjust. Do not skip more than one week's worth of pills, if you're supposed to skip pills, and if you are supposed to take the placeholder/placebo pills, do not skip taking pills, start a new pack on Sunday, before you are through with the placeholder pills. You can discard the 3 extra placeholder/placebo pills.
So, you can take them, or not, if you start taking the next pack on Sunday, as long as you have not gone more than one week without the hormone pills. If you have gone through the placebo pills (or skipped the week) already, start taking the next pack of pills, just discard the 3 from the beginning. And start next month's pack on Sunday, to simplify things.

You should have just started with the first pill instead of starting with the middle pill. The pills are labled by day only to help you remember which one to take if you start on a Sunday. You should always start with the first pill in the pack, no matter what day you start on.

Hi, yes you can take them out of order. The important thing is to remember to take them. Or you could go to the next packet and start taking them from the correct day, the tablets don't have different strengths or anything like that, the days are just to help you remember if you have taken your pill or not. Hope this helps.
