Because the media shoves picture of hate through every orifice it has, so it eclipses every good thought. When was there a 'good' story in the News? All of this negativity we are bombarded with from every direction results in us being angry over nothing and everything.

Generally angry people don't have enough vocabulary in their minds to be able to properly express their emotions. People are angry now because others don't listen!

Lack of sunshine and fresh air, and being to concerned with their health. People have to see the doctor every week these days. People seemed to be much more optimistic about things 50 years ago.

It's really human nature for us to be that way. Then it takes things to piss us off even more. The thing that gets my blood pressure boiling is people who complain and don't do anything to change the situation.
