Anything and everything. I like all types of books. I especially love those that come in a series, meaning when I finish one there will be another I can pick up and take off again. Some of my favorites, Diana Gabaldon's Voyager, Drums of Autumn, and so on. Also Wilbur Smith's River God, The Seventh Scroll, and others in this series, Nora Robert's Three Sisters Trillogy, and I cant remember who wrote these but they are called Key of Light, etc. Very good!

I like anything from the Kellerman's (Faye or Jonathan), Michael Connelly, Tom Corcoran, Carl Hiassen, John D. MacDonald, P.D. James, Michael Crichton, Bartholomew Gill, Patricia Cornwell, Tess Gerritsen, and many others.
