If it was also an opposite series, the Royals would sweep the Pirates and Mark Redman would throw a perfect game in game 4. In reality, the Pirates would probably win it in 6.

Royals win.

Kansas City was 10-8 in interleague play in 2006.

Pittsburgh was 3-12 in interleague play in 2006.

In other words, KC spanked better NL teams than the Pirates.
And the Pirates got spanked by anybody with a DH in the batting order.

I would have to say the Pirates only because I think they have the better players that play worth crap but are still decent..... a little.

Pirates 4-2.

Come on, if it's the reverse, than the worse team has to win. Royals baby. That team sucks. I feel sorry for those fans.
