Girls purposly bump into me and talk about me right in front of me. Most are girls i never had a problem with. They are freshmans along with me? Ofcourse guys give me crap too, but i guess it is just boys? I do not understand why people are so rude!

You should go to the school counselor and discuss what is going on and how it effects your self esteem. I , too, was picked on during middle and high school. As a result , I had very low self esteem. Please talk to someone about this.
But Always remember that people usually talk about other people because they aren't happy with themselves..

This is probably not a good answer. I would pick out the biggest girl that is harrassing you, and that is what it is; when she is in front of you walking down the hallway to class I would "tap" her on the shoulder and "knock the living H..." hit her with the hardest thing you can find. Make sure it is on her forehead, and then you can go see the counselor. You may have three days off from school, but do not take that "crap". Your problems will be over, probably from the boys also.

Some people have really dumb ways of saying hello I'd like to get to know you better. Other people have fallen into habit of acting what you call rude to get laugh or be part of group, and there are people that are just mean. Start by not reacting in negative way but positive way by acting friendly. Judge what group your pains fall. First group will lighten up on you. Second group will tease a little harder but will not go overboard. In time it may become friendly give and take. If your dealing with third group you will know from their very rotten behavior that they are to be avoided or you get help to protect yourself.

as much as one would like to believe that a new year means that people forget what happened, its not always the case. have you talked to your parents about this? if not, i think its where you should start or at least a guidance counselor.

They are bullies and you probably look scared. Bullies love to make people feel small because they are lacking something in their loser lives.
Just ignore them and tell the pricipal or some counselor or teacher.
