Depending on the laws of your county or state she can. Absolutely! You are still considered a minor in most jurisdictions. If you choose to violate the order he will be arrested, finger printed, photographed, and given a criminal record. If he sees you b/c you asked, YOU can be found as aiding and abetting! Don't mess around. Call a lawyer.

Or, just do what your mom wants. Soon you will be free to make your own choices. But bear in mind, so long as you live under her roof and she supports you, the law is still on her side! By doing so you make yourself a "dependant" and the courts recognize this as justification to effect and enact law. Be prepared to move out and live in your car. Love is very strange that way, isn't it?
