the A- Team is one of my favourite shows ever and so when i heard they were going to do a big screen version of it, i was so excited. for me personally, these choices will never be better than the original cast because Mr T, george peppard, dirk benedict and dwight schwartz are and will always be the ultimate A-team. and yet my own choices for the film version are....

Hannibal Smith: George Clooney- i can visualise him putting on a good performance; other alternatives would be steve martin because of the fact he has grey-or should that be white hair, like george peppard. Jack Nicholson is another guy i can think that could be perfect for this, as he kind of reminds me of hannibal in terms of his character. there is something about it, maybe its his charm i don't know, that has a 'hannibal' ring to it.

BA baracus: Ving Rhames- it was toss up between him, LL cool J and michael clarke duncan, but i felt that ving looks meaner and looks as if he has more balls compared to the other two. on the other hand, Ice Cube wouldn't be such a bad choice either

The Face- he is the pretty boy of the group, so it would have to be someone who is fairly if not overly attractive. in other words, leaving the women drooling. Christian Bale perhaps?

Murdock: Will Ferrell, Murdock is the joker of the pack so i would cast Ferrell because he has such comic timing needed for this character. or maybe his pal, Steve Carrell from the 40 year old virgin

Amy: either Sandra Bullock or Teri Hatcher out of desperate housewives fame and who played lois lane in the superman tv series

probaby be better with some unknowns rather than some of the hopllywood idiots already mentioned. alot cheaper aswell.

but i do love the idea of steve busemi (w/e cant spell and cant be bothered to look up the actual spelling) being murdock. crazy eyes style acting from mr deeds will work fine.

its unlikely that the charactors will look the same. ie BA will not have all of his jingle jaggle on will he? he will just be some massive stuff black guy like erm.... the guy from the green mile

hannibal probably some bloke in their 50's? noone springs to mind. having said that i think its time for jerry springer to step up to the plate here and be counted

face is just any pretty boy who can half act. not bothered who gets the role as long as the maintain the swave and debonair approach.
