well there a old saying it take 2 to tango every relationship is different it depend on the love and respect and honest, that the husband and wife has so if the husband or the wife break that trust in the relationship it hurt both people in the relationship and it take time to trust that person but it depend on what that person did like if the wife cheated on the husband that would really hurt the marriage or lie to him about some thing but there is a lot of jealous husband out there and very controlling over there wife's and there is always a trust issues in that kind of relationships and i really feel sorry for wife's in those relationships.but there is so many kind of trust issues in every relationship and every relationship in different not one relationship is the same that what make the world go around and around.

1. They never learned to trust anyone
2. They're insecure and have low self-esteem
3. They have a psychiatric disorder
4. They're controlling a$$holes
5. Their wives give them reasons not to trust them

Just a few reasons off the top of my head.

Some wives don't earn the trust. Some wives will flirt, albiet unconciously. They will go out with their friends and do who knows what with who knows who, and honestly think it is all innocent. They behave like they're single, even though they aren't. I'm glad my wife isn't like that, and I can trust her, but my wife is the best, and there just aren't any better.

The rule of thumb is that if she hasn't done anything to deserve such scrutiny, he's the one who's out cheating on her. It could be too that he had a bad experience with a prior wive or girlfriend cheating on him and so thinks women are all cheaters. It could be any number of things, but the high percentage lies with the fact that people will accuse others of what they are already doing themselves.

Some men are like that, then we have to spend the relationship convincing them that we are trust-worthy. It sucks but if you love him, you'll play the game.
Some men tend to be extremely insecure and/or people in their past have given them reason not to trust anyone. It could be a number of things, including that he could be doing something wrong.....i always say "you're accusin', you're doin".......
but if you know that's not a possibility then communicate with him and let him know you're issues with this subject.
get out together more and show him he has nothing to worry about. whatever you do good luck

Some men are totally jealous, and can't except the fact that their wives are really satisfied with them. Other men have a reason to be concerned. Then there are some men who really are so insecure, that they can't believe that their wife is true to them.

Because they know what things they do when their wives are not around so they think maybe they are doing those bad things too

Because the husband is screwing around on them so they think the wife is doing it to. Most likely the woman they are involved with is in some sort of committed relationship.

Previous experience with other females or perhaps the wife has given him reason to mistrust. Sometimes it is just because the person is very insecure and feels threatened by the thought of losing their spouse to someone else.
