She is trying to balance work, school, and other hectic things life is throwing at her. I am there for her as much as possible, cooking cleaning, moral support, massages after a long day...Seems like I can't do enough and its killing me to see her this way. We are not getting along as well as usual especially with our stresses combined...she lost some class notes when we went on a short trip this last weekend and I tried to track them down to no avail. she almost had a meltdown today.. Is there anyone else that has had to go through something similar to this?

start drinking heavily and it won't matter to you anymore.... Just kidding... You gotta get her to unwind... both of you have to unwind or you'll snap. Set aside some time and R-E-L-A-X.. keep helping out as much as you can and make sure you both get some down time. Even if it's only a few hours a day or a few minutes every once in a while relax and always remember... it can ALWAYS be worse. Life is too short to worry about the small stuff. Take care of each other and the rest will come as it does.

There really is nothing else you can do...except continue what you've been doing. YOu sound like a very supportive helpful boyfriend...and just continue being there. Life happens and it creates stressful situations--unfortunately it can wear on relationships. What I would recommend is setting aside one day (if possible) just for you two..no school work, no work, etc...talk with her and see if this is possible. If you remove the stress out of your relationship for only one day a week it will help tremendously. Once the situation gets less stressful things will get better, but until then if you love her truly--dont give up, it will pay off, and trust me-she may not say it-but she appreciates you, any girlfriend would.

This is just life in general, she chose do take on these tasks and is obviously having a hard time with it.

The best thing you can do is for both of you to get away for a while, doesn't have to be somewhere far away.

Take a weekend and get a nice hotel room, with a jacuzzi and all the trimmings.

Just chill together! this is a BIG stress reliever
