I've done scans for any problems and my system is clean.I still can't save any pages or images...nothing gets accepted.The menu comes up,i click "save page as" and then click"save" and get nothing.Can this problem be fixed?

when you say you get nothing what do you mean
are you sure you know where the images are being saved to.
are you expecting something to happen when you hit save cause nothing will. the image just goes where ever you saved it to. then if you want to look at it you have to go to that directory.

You have to save them to my pictures. Or if you have a special kind of camera try using a usb cord to get the pictures pop up on the computer. Glad to help!

where are you saving them to? if it's your pictures then they should be there
