Like Pat said, the only true allergy that can occur would be a seizure. You could develope other conditions like dry eyes or soreness though. Its usually good to a small break here and there to give your eyes a chance to re-focus.

no. your question implies that nothing will happen from small amounts of time, that you specifically listed "large amounts of time"

an allergy is when your body's immune system decides that it doesn't like something, and fights it.

a video game doesn't put anything into your body.

are you having a specific allergic reaction to the ...'ladies of the night' in GTA:San Andreas?... that's not an allergy..

All of you are wrong, the only type of "allergic" reaction from playing games that can occur, is a siegure, which doctors and medical professionals, declared a allergy.
