I got really tired about a week before I was scheduled to get my period, and then the day before my nipples started to get tender. Your breasts and nipples will get tender during your first trimester (13 weeks). You will also most likely be more tired than usual. Not all women experience morning sickness (which can happen any time of day or night), but most will have some nausea. I didn't experience any other symptoms.

most of the time, you will start to have symptoms 2-6 weeks after conceiving!! your body has to have time to make the transition so your symptoms may take a little time to show up but you will be able to tell in about 3-4 weeks
