It has yet to be discovered.They are working on it.But the only formula we have now is Einstein's theory of relativity:E=MC2 I suspect that within 15 years Einstein's theory will be obsolete.

If somebody is going to find that out eventually, where are the visitors from the future? Stephen Hawking didn't have to be a genius to figure that out.

The invention of time-travel machinery would result to infinity of time at a single point, since you can revisit that over and over again.

There is no such formula. Even relativity does not allow time travel. You will have to make one up. And then prove it.
