A regular pyramid (4 triangular sides, square base) has 5 vertices but 5 sides. A triangular pyramid (4 triangular sides) has 4 sides, but also 4 vertices). In conventional 3D space, I think your shape is structurally impossible.

it doesnt exist. a shape has to have an equal amount of sides and vertices.
