False advertising, meaning the computer specs state something better than what is actually installed in the computer. My parents bought a few computers from Staples and the sticker says it has 512 MB of RAM, but when you actually check, the computer lists it well below 512, one is around 300 something and one is 128 MB of RAM. Good thing it was not my computer, because I would totally be angry, which is why I build my own computer, I will know that everything going into is exactly what I want.
