Not really, there is one video clip of him speaking 10 years ago and as he does now. Some Doctors say he seems have some kind of brain damage, perhaps because of his years of alcohol abuse; the withdrawal symptoms may have caused further brain damage. They are not the same men, he may be on the verge of losing it. Certainly his behavior, forgetfulness (or just plain lies) is becoming more and more evident.

He did a better job at being governor. Texas wasn't attacked during his term so he didn't have THAT to contend with. He was pretty clueless as owner of the Texas Rangers though.....I still haven't forgiven him for not roofing the new ballpark he had built over in Arlington.

I have a sister in Texas and she is the reason I voted for GW. She said he worked equally on both sides of the isle. It all depended on who had the better plan, was who he supported. He was bipartisan. He tried that as President and the democridiots would not hear of it. When I lived in Texas I had to endure Ann White. That was awful.

Just what are your qualifications to question him , anyhow? Its certainly not your urbanity.

No, In my opinion he was a much better governor than a president. I still think he is an "fairly good" president.
