I am recieving an email (personal) which is also beign sent (cc) to a 3rd party, I have not received to email directly from the 3rd party, but the person sending them to me, will not disclose who the 3rd party is, I only have the email address, how do I find out who this 3rd party email belongs to?

I just tried what you are all telling me, thanks so much, but it is coming back no match found, but if I compose a message and send it to the 3rd party, it goes thru, as if it is a correct address, so now what to do? can someone help, I really need to find out who this person is

This is how u can do a search for the person u r looking for or u can find email address of the person u r looking for.
Type in the address bar http://profiles.yahoo.com/abcd where abcd is the user id. U will be able to find the person's profile available with yahoo.

Please click the above link. There u will find "Find People" There u will find a search box. Click the arrow of the box, out of drop down menu select yahoo ID, enter the yahoo id in the search box , click Find People now. Yahoo will display the info about that person whatever has been provided to yahoo.

The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.

Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.emailtracer.org that has been around since 1997.

You may try Infospace's Reverse Email Lookup.

It generally won't tell you the exact name of the 3rd party but will at least give you some details about the person behind the email.

If you have the email header you can determin the IP address or whether or not it has been redirected. Here is a helpful link when looking at email headers.

Search there name on Yahoo Directory or Look at there public profile if they have one most of the time everyone does.

above where it says search the web type in "free email lookup" but some people block that in their profile

add the emai addy to your messenger then right click on it and you can view their profile. You might have to wait until they log on then it will give their nickname.Been there done that.

search yours first, you know how you obtain it and how you put your settings on it.

If you can find yours you can find everyone's
