Yeah it is, pal. Ever heard of cheating? But congradtulations, when it comes for a test, you'll have one less competitor as your friend won't know anything! But you're giving him something to rely on, what is he going to learn, you're letting him learn nothing. If you let him copy, then what's the point of listening to the teacher to him? and think how it'll look with same answers on both sheets. Fishy, don't you think, especiall when you've got something wrong... Got it wrong and right on the exact same questions? Hmm...
