i was playing with my necklace in class the other day and my teacher told me to put it under the desk. so i did. then i went to the bathroom with my backpack when the bell rang. i left the necklace there thinking it would be there the next day cause i was gonna miss the bus. the next day i went into that class and i looked under there and it was gone! now today i was hanging out with my friend and all of the sudden i look at her neck and theres my necklace! i asked her where she got it and she said, my oyfriend, jesse got it for me." im like thats my necklace he got it from my desk. that was 20 dollars. and then she said well its mine now. ugh im soo friggin mad at her!!!!!!!!! what should i do? i cant get anyone else involved bc i have no proof!!!

i cant get anyone involved bc i dont have any proof. but shes seen me wear that neckalce sooo many times b4 and she knows that she would never see a guy (unless a husband) shopping at cookie lee!

shes wayy taller than me and has a friend that acts like she likes me but doesnt. but her friend can beat up anyone.

it was bought in a special place. u can only get it online or at a cookie lee party. and he sits at the same desk as me! his gf has it and its gone! theres proof enough its mine.

That is so terrible. Talk to your friend and the person who got it for her. Don't hang out with her. She would give it back it she were a real friend.

I guess there isnt much you can do. Other then cross her off your 'friend' list.
On the other hand, maybe you can present the receipt of purchase to her, her mom, that teacher who told you to put it under the desk, &/or school counselor.
If nothing works, I guess you can claim it as an expensive lesson learned regarding honesty......and playing in class.

i would probably just let it go , cause if you don't have proof then you won't be able to prove anything, i would just let it go and maybe confront her boyfriend and then just ask him where he found it. how do u know for sure it was ur necklace, if it was a necklace u bought in like a store like walmart then he could have brought the necklace for her

Tell the teacher what happened and ask the teacher to get involved. maybe he/she can explain to Jesse what happened and how it is wrong for him to take things and give them away like that. they should explain that the proper thing to do would be to turn it in to the teacher or lost and found. ask him how he would feel if it happened to him. maybe if he lost his Ipod that way, how would he feel. then it's up to Jesse to explain what happened to his gf and get it back.

Don't be her friend anymore, she has no loyalty. No need to have her in your life. if you ever had the opportunity to take it back, go for it. But let her know that she is no longer in realms of your life.
