In the next day after making love, I feel very tired...even more tired than in the day when it was - I don't have the same concentration power I used to have if nothing had been happened a few days ago.

What can be done to regain the energy?
Can you recommend any diet to speed up this process?

Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can start as early as the first week after conception. Also some sexually transmitted diseases can cause symptoms of fatigue. I'd get tested for both and use protection, if you're not already.

Drink lots of fluids and eat lots of high energy food. You may just be dehydrated after sex, so hopefully this will help.

You sound depressed. Are you guilty about having sex? Nothing about the act itself should make you tired two days later. You may need counselling.
