I want to design my own top but I don't know what to use to get that foil effect?

...so it's all shiny and smooth (I'm thinking a silver dragon). Is there a product I can get to cut out the design and iron it on or something?

Find a decent fabric shop in your area, it may give more ideas.

I'm not sure if you can get iron-on transfers like metallic effects. Try ebay!

you can get fabric paint from various shops or on the internet and can get stencils from anywhere! have fun!
