With my first 3 pregnancy's i never got sore breast or nipples but with this pregnancy it is totally different. I am approximately 5-6 weeks pregnant and my nipples have been hurting really bad for at least 3 weeks. Nipples i can't even let the water in the shower hit them because they hurt so bad. The nips, for sure! First pregnancy, though, I had breast pain all over. Shooting, unbearable pain, at times. This second time, no general achiness, just sore, tender nipples. Much more manageable this time.

Mine hurt all over, but the worst pain was in the areola and nipple area.

very much, the get bigger and fuller in a matter of weeks of conception, and u may also notice ur shirts tighter on u

all over. From your arm pits to your ribs, up as far as near your collar bone... your nipples...
Every where.
