Are you talking about NO clitoral stimulation or just not physically touching it? Some women can have orgasms just by rubbing their legs together or rubbing their genital area against something (a person's leg for example). Alternately, some women can have an orgasm through vaginal intercourse - the "g" spot is a soft area in the anterior (front near the bladder) portion of the vaginal wall that has a fair number of nerve endings... if this is stimulated properly an orgasm is possible.

2% of women can have a vaginal orgasm the rest need some type of clitoral stimulation to orgasm. so yes its possible but not very likely

Of course, the G spot orgasm, although they are harded to accomplish, harder to reach,and take a looong time. But, yes.
