If you wouldn't do it with your spouse standing right there, it's cheating. So yes, it most certainly is cheating. It's not as bad as the real thing but, it's still cheating.

If you're going to save your marriage, she's going to have to completely clean. Then, you'll have to figure out why she did it, e.g. what needs were not fulfilled within the marriage. Then, figure out how to meet her needs. BTW, you get to do the same with your needs.

Yes, yes, yes...and yes again. It is adultery, because as we see in Matthew 5:28:

"But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

The same goes for women looking at other men, adultery has been committed. I am sorry you are heartbroken over this, but it can be healed. The question you need to ask yourself is, "Do I want it to be healed?" If you do, then it can and you can make sure the progression towards healing begins, because as it is written, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phil 4:13).

Your marriage can be saved, you just need to decide is it worth saving to you? And then bring it your wife, and let her know you believe it is if you choose it is. And then make the steps toward it.

Listen also to a series by Chip Ingram of Living on the Edge Ministries (even non-believers, or fallen-away Christians can listen too!) called "To Have and to Hold." It is a wonderful series, and you can begin to listen to it online at the link I provide below.

I wish you the best in your choices and decisions, and I pray for the healing of your marriage. If you choose to heal it, imagine the awesome example that it will set for your children! They look to you even if they are 1-2 years old! They are watching every move, choice and decision and action you make. Make certain all these are ones that are examples that you want your children to duplicate; because they will duplicate you, good or bad. And if you choose to heal this, you and your wife, what a wonderful example of victory you can show them! Again, I wish the best for you.

Sorry to hear that, my wife can't even turn on a computer. If it were me I would feel the same way, bangin is bangin, weather it's on the net or in the bed. I would be pissed.

You are kidding, right? Cyber anything is no more than fantasy being written out. Big deal. It means nothing, and in fact, she may be living out a fantasy that she would have loved to have with you..were you avaialble? Were you open to such play? No one has touched her, no one has had sex...chill out and put it in perspective. Good luck

I think that it was just a fantasy and nothing to worry about. She didn't actually meet this guy. Ask her to let you read it, see if you like it. Or maybe have her write you an erotic letter. Everyone fantasizes, as long as they don't do the deed, your safe. Talk to her about it.
