They got into my e-mail, I cancelled my account, and now they got back in and received a "job offer" from a company that is not willing to give me a job anymore because I changed my e-mail. This person is ruining my life! I DO change passwords every month but it's NOT helping! I also use strong passwords.

You couldn't be using strong passwords! Either that or someone is guessing your secrets.

One last thought: Maybe your system has a key logger installed on it. Run an anti-spyware scan to see if that's your problem.

try changing the filter out settings o intense, or in the event that they're at low then to Medium. in case you have tried this and it doesnt artwork, get a clean digital mail identity...and forward it to the human beings you comprehend. Transition will take time, yet you would be a plenty happier guy or woman. P.S.: do no longer supply out your digital mail handle on any random web pages.

There is a chance that you have a keylogger on your computer or someone has backdoor access to your computer .Are you the only person with access to your computer?
Suggest you make sure your computer is secured with a firewall and try a scan for spyware and other malicious nasties that may be on your compy (I'm assuming it's a windows pc).

Is it possible there is software running on your machine that is capturing what you type and sending that information out?
I forget what the name of this type of stuff is. You can buy software that will scan your system to check this.

contact your email provider as they should be able to track the ip of the person changing your password.

and guessing the secret question doesn't provide them with the password so if your password isn't being changed that isn't the answer!

Get yourself some anti-virus and anti-spyware software. It seems like your keyboard activity is being logged.
