He has shown a lack of commitment to the marriage. If he has strayed once, he will likely stray again the next time things get tough. He will have to prove his loyalty over a long period of time to regain your trust. You have to ask yourself if you love him and if you want to keep him. Are you willing to forgive and give him a chance to redeem himself. Keep a close eye on him and try to make the situation as loving as possible on your part. If that doesn't work, then you may be better off without him. It is your call.

This is a tricky situation. If you're considering giving him another chance, then you have to trust him. Remember this: What happens in the dark will come to light. Rebuild the love that you have and go with the flow.

What I ended up doing after hearing that story for several times through several different females, get a divorce. It was taken in stride for a very long time (31 yrs), and still wasn't worth it.

If you weren't together, then even if he did "mess" with someone else, so what? Because you for whatever reason disapprove of it, he will of course now tell you that he did not. Duh. Get past it if you want to truly re-build your relationship, what he did or did not do when you weren't together is none of your business now.

Or, forget it and move on. Sounds like you won't be able to trust him no matter what he says.

That is a decision each woman has to make for herself. If it was me -I don't think so. The least I would hold out for is to see how he plans to EARN my trust back. If he thinks an "I am sorry. We were apart" is gonna cut it I would DROP HIS BUTT.

That is just me though.

depends on how much you know about your husband- you should know more about him to doubt because doubts aren;t right always - there are bad thoughts and good thougths are there .
