Daniel Craig. He stars as James Bond in Casino Royale, which is coming out in November.
Craig was recently seen in Steven Spielberg's movie Munich, playing an Israeli intelligence agent from South Africa. He was also in one of the Lara Croft Tomb Raider movies, as well as in The Road to Perdition with Tom Hanks and Paul Newman.

Clive Owen, if it was up to me.
Sean Connery was an excellent Bond, handsome and strong with a hint of cruelty, just as in Ian Fleming's books. Roger Moore was nothing at all like Fleming's Bond. Timothy Dalton was the closest since Connery, although I haven't seen the new movie with Daniel Craig yet.
