An evicted tenant came by to visit my residence about two after their eviction. I recieved a call from my landlord the very next day stating I will be evicted for communicating with an evicted tenant. Is this legal action or more along the lines of harrassment?

You can talk to whomever you wish. It was harassment.

Tell him that that is not legal and that you are getting ready to contact a lawyer if he doesn't stop his harrassment.

He can not evict you unless you have broken the terms of the agreement. Now if there is a restraining order against the evicted tenants then he can request that you not allow them on the property.

It is harassment, definitely.

You have the right to communicate with whoever you wish. The landlord *might* have grounds to evict you if the evicted tenant with whom you communicated is a criminal, but otherwise, he/she has absolutely no grounds to evict you.
