I hope the Buckeye players and fans keep thinking that "Vince was Texas" and that our offensive line, defensive line, running backs, receivers, and secondary have nothing to contribute. Keep on underestimating the Horns and see how motivated they will be to prove you wrong.
And for the record, there are UT fans all over the globe. Just because you don't see them in your neighborhood doesn't mean they don't exist. Remember, that UTand OSU are the two largest universities in the United States, so there are plenty of fans to go around.
Also, I think the "America's team" comment is a bit exaggerated. I will give you "Ohio's team" but that's about it.
The bottom line is that UT and OSU are both great universities with unique traditions, talented athletes, and dedicated fans. It should be a great game, a game that embodies the true spirit of college football.

Nuke Lefties, you just have to understand exactly how big the love for Ohio State is. We have fans in every corner of the world. It is very likely that even when Ohio State is playing averagely, they have more fans than any other school. Unlike Texas, I have never met or heard from a Texas fan, who wasn't either from Texas or went to Texas.
The Ohio State University is America's team. I know this is hard for you to comprehend. When you are watching the game, just look at all the scarlet that will be in the stands. It doesn't matter where the Buckeyes go, fans will follow.
Bottom line it is time for you to realize Vince was Texas and Vince is gone. Although I have great respect for your love, for Texas. A true fan through thick and thin is more than a lot of people are capable of being.
