How do you cope?

In general, how do you cope? With life, love, sex, scandals... everyday life?
My escape is drugs.

And please do not rant about how drugs are bad and blah, blah, blah.... it's just a question. Settle down.

There are two parts within us, one is to fight it out and constantly choose the right way and find a treasure (wisdom, growth). The other is flight (you never grow) because you dont want to face the problem, you want things the easy way so you avoid, deny or dump!.

The good things of life is got only the hard way, because good things are hidden behind every problem. When we get things the hard way we have more respect for ourselves, hence resect flows from all sources, its like the river flowing into the sea, the sea is full with water yet the river wants to flow only towards the sea!
You are already on the path of growth, you have posted this question here which means you are dealing with your present situation, you are tired of the present, and want to change the future.
You take drugs and you delayed dealing with your problems and problems are going out of control, come on i just handed the batton to you, join the race we need you to run!

First, drugs are NOT a positive way to cope. They only cause MORE problems!!!!!

I cope by taking life one day at a time, sometimes one hour at a time.

I suggest you get counseling to learn more POSITIVE ways to cope with life and get OFF the drugs!
