I would go to a therpist of some sort or counselor. A lot of places exist that are "religion" based so they don't charge a flat hourly rate but rather accept donations. That way it could be affordable. Or, find an online chat room or "friend" that you can pretty much just go to when you feel the need to let it out.

go to a professional psychiatrist or psychologist. they are bound by law to keep their mouths shut.

it's a good bit of money, but if you find a therapist that you "click" with, then you will get your money's worth.

opening up and talking to someone else about tramatic, personal history is not easy, but you do realize that you do need to talk about it and that's a good start.

just don't expect a solution overnight. depending on the severity of your case, it may take several sessions before you start seeing results. don't get discouraged.
