I see it has XM radio support which can be a good feature. Although it does not say (or I didn't see it) how much memory it has and what kind of storage it uses ( HD, memory stick,flash) or something else?
Go and ask for demonstartion. That way you will see what you are really paying for. You may also like this:

I believe it is a good player. A friend of mine wanted one because she loves XM radio. Plus, it's for a good cause.
