There is a psychological disorder called Body Identity Integrity Disorder (BIID) where a person strongly desires the removal of a limb so they more cloesly match their own body image. See the site below.

There are related disorders, including a phenomena where the body part feels alien or detached to the person- it isn't 'theirs' somehow.

yes, though it isn't because they don't "like" the body parts. this is more of a compulsion; them believing they (personally) aren't supposed to have these apppendages.
