Oh honey, what a nightmare. I have no advice for you (having never been in such a situation) but all I would say is keep away from sharp objects. Chin up kiddo - they're both dogs and they'll get it back with both barrels one day, you just watch.

Same thing you do if its anyone else. You pack your stuff, realize they are both losers and move on with your life. You don't look back and you don't have anything to do with either of them ever again. Just because you have the same parents doesn't make her any less a piece of crap excuse for a human being. It's really irrelevant in the grand scheme of things that you are related. It means there is a double betrayal involved....most often the woman messing with your husband has no loyalty to you and never claimed to care about you but all that means is that she didnt betray you...this is the same as when a best friend does it. Then you get the best revenge of all...you find someone new and be happier than you ever dreamed you could be and you let her have the lying, cheating loser....he WILL eventually do the same thing to her as he did to you...and she will do it to him, if she was willing to betray her sister she has no moral compass and no character whatsoever so they'll just spend their lives screwing around on each other and making each other miserable while you spend your time with your new and improved model of a husband and laugh hysterically at their pathetic excuses for lives!

The EVIL - get even person that I am.....

Wait.....then get soem letter head from the Department of Health from your state.

Real easy with the internet these days. Write them BOTH a little letter stating that within the last 30 days THEY have been in contact with someone with HERPS. That they need to go and get tested at the nearest Health Clinic and supply the name, address and phone number of everyone they have slept with, within the last 30-60 days.

Best part...make sure you are home when the letter comes - say...OH HONEY - this came for you - what is it? Something for work? Sit and watch the *** open it!

Then.....I would wait.....and see who spills the beans first!

Usually the girl - then BEAT HER ***!

Divorce the pig and tell them they BOTH deserve each other!

Turn and WALK away with your head high and you hips swinging!

Drama - doesn't do anything but make your heart race!

Snap. Something like that happened to me. My ex wife was having an affair with my sisters husband for about 6 months and my sister caught them. My ex wife n her husband ran away together. you have my deepest sympathies.... I would kick your husband out and not speak to your sister. How could she do that to her own blood.

Its really knocked my confidence with women and have been single ever since. I just lost all my trust in women. That was 4 years ago and i'm still single now.

How awful, I'm so sorry. I don't trust my husband (he had an affair already) but I do trust my sister, she hates him for what he did to me. A double betrayal must be hard to recover from. I can only say I hope you are getting support, lots of it, and not blaming yourself in any way. My church has been a tower of strength, they are trying so so hard to help us keep our marriage together. It's ok to cry out to God even if you don't believe, He hears you. I will pray for you.

You poor thing. Nothing can prepare you for this, and it is the ultimate heartache.

If it were me there would be no forgiveness, it is a truly unforgivable act, one which shows complete lack of respect for you on both their parts.

I wouldn't have any hesitations in giving him the boot. I would ask for an explanation, as the situation demands one. And I would ask them both for an explanation. Then after hearing their pathetic excuses, I would leave them both behind. Obviously, she would still be my sister, but any kind of sisterly relationship would have ended as soon as I found out.

There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour, and as their actions clearly disregarded your feelings, then you have a right to disregard theirs.

Its their loss honey and is no reflection on you. It just highlights what insecure and heartless people they really are.

I'm so sorry for you. xx

I can totally relate to this scenario, which is one reason why I never break my number 1 rule, which is to never get involved with someone who has a "significant other" and if I do become involved with someone w/o knowing, end it immediately. My best friend, aka sista-gul, who I had grown up with for 22 of my 24 years (at the time, I haven't spoken to her in 2 1/2 years), slept with two of my significant others. I didn't find out about my high school boyfriend until I found her with my college boyfriend. We went to neighboring colleges because we couldn't imagine not being near each other. I was dating this hellafine brotha and we had been seeing each other exclusively for almost two years...then I walked into his dorm room on night and found her strattling him. They had been messing around for almost six months. Then, to save our friendship, you know girls need to try and stick together if possible, she confesses all to me, and I find out that the guy I dated in high school for four years was messing with her for two of those years, which is crazy, cuz he and I didn't even mess around until our junior year in high school. So, he was ******* the other woman before me...crazy, crazy. She might not have been blood, but she was close enough. She new everything about me and I knew all there was to know about her, but I obviously didn't know her as well as I thought because she was a skank hoe!!!!! It hurts like hell, but eventually you do move past and learn to love again (and then that bites you in the ***, but that's another situation)!!!!

I'd get rid of my partner for good and get rid of my sister for a while. How close were you and your sister? If you think that your relationship is worth salvaging, then work at it. You'll probabaly need to give yourself a long time before you trust her again but maybe in a few years time you will be sisters again. Unless you have children with the man, get him out of your life totally. I hope it works out for you.

gag and bind her, shave off all her hair and tattoo 'back biting wh0re on her forehead. them dump her naked on the King's road.

you can choose your friend but you can't choose your family.
at least you know now and you can get on with your life and hopefully her nipples will turn green and rot off.

go out and have a blast of a party and show them you are a strong modern woman who will not be shattered by their underhanded, double crossing schemes. f%&k em both!

go girl.
