Instead of saving it before you download, first push 'open.' otherwise log onto the COMPUTER but not the network.

I'm sure you don't want to hear this but work computers are for work and are hopefully locked down to stop you installing whatever you want that could be a security risk. If it's for a legit reason then I suggest you speak to the resident teks and network administrator and negotiate its legitimate install.Sorry to be a killjoy, I speak as someone who has worked in technical support and we have nightmares about things like this.

If it's blocked, you can't. Unless you are the administrator, which you obviously are not.
