fantasy football lineup help?

I have 4 TE's in a 10 team league. we start 2 TE each week.

Wiggins MIN, Lewis JAX, Kinney TEN, Stevens SEA.

who to start with Wiggins ? Stevens out until week 5. Lewis and Kinney both Questionable.

I would go with Kinney. Messed up league if you start two TE's though.

I'd go with Kinney. Just going with my gut on this one.
