I mean even quotes are good too. The words dont even have to have been to you or from you. It could be from a movie, television show, song. Anything Inspiring and not inspiring that you've heard.

The most and least inspiring words I ever heard were the same:
"If you sin, you will go to hell."
Of course, the two different levels of inspiration didn't happen at the same time. I was the most inspired when I was a child. I was the least inspired when I grew up and came to my senses.

I like the phrase "fill your boots". It's like telling someone "don't be scared just jump right in". That's in regards to helping others or doing something out of your own comfort zone.
