I'm not taking a poll, I saw one of those "98% of teens have tried or are smoking pot. copy and paste if your one of the 2% that hasnt'" ...things.
I did some googling and looked on snopes, that statistic is wrong, so i was wondering what the real one was.

I cannot believe that 98 percent of teens have smoked pot, because none of my friends in high school did. (For that matter, here I am at 34 years old, and I've STILL never gotten around to experiencing the "wacky weed"... Guess I must be abnormal. Cool!) I've heard people spout stuff about how all or nearly all teens are using drugs, and it always offended me when I was a teen myself. You're right to doubt these claims instead of taking those people at their word. It's all just propoganda to make everyone paranoid about the prevalence of drug use. I'm not saying that drug use isn't a problem, but it does no one any good to exaggerate the situation to such an extreme.
(If it matters, my mother was 40 years old before she tried pot for the first and only time. And she grew up in the 60s.)

im 21 now and i have never tried pot, drugs, smoking, alcohol :) i was a good girl and my life is good now because of it i know too many who f'd up themselves by drugs or some other stupid habit
