If you spill water on anything running, like your hair dryer, and you touch it, of course it will. If you throw a radio into a bathtub, the person will be shocked and probably die. Don't mess with the electricity isity (not really a word, just said for fun). True, though. very dangerous to come in contact with live electricity wires and water.

If water spills on an electric cord with the wires exposed, yes it will shock you. Water is a conductor of electricity.

Yes. I accidentally peed on an electric fence one time, and I was shocked!
