I got a job in college as a bank teller, with no experience at all. You just have to keep applying till someone takes you. But make sure you have a clean record, you can't get the job if you've been convicted of anything.

I just got a job as a teller at Wachovia i got it by applying online at their website and then I was scheduled to take an assesment test, after passing the test I had an interview and after the interview I received a call from the HR manager offering me the position depending on the results of my drug test, criminal background check and whether or not I could be bonded. After all that is complete then I was hired.
